Covid-19 Vaccine Exemptions
Patients should call 119 who will take some details from them and post out a form for them to fill out which they can then submit to the surgery. The surgery will then fill out the form and the patient will be contacted directly. If the exemption is upheld, it will appear on your NHS Covid app.
Patients do not need to speak to a GP to request a Covid-19 vaccination exemption so please call 119 and/or follow this link which also explains valid reasons for exemption.
How to get vaccinated
NHS staff across the capital are working hard to vaccinate people against Covid-19.
The NHS will let you know when it is your turn to have the vaccine. It is important NOT TO CONTACT your GP practice for a vaccination. Visit this link for full information on how to book a vaccination https://bit.ly/2ID4qgA
You may be contacted by SMS text message. The SMS message will be from accuRx/accuBook or Lambeth Hubs.
Please make sure we have your up to date mobile telephone number. You can update your own details here.
We have now contacted all patients aged 70 or older. If you are aged 70 or over and you have still not been contacted to arrange your vaccine then please do get in touch with us.
