The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. This includes private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, fitness to travel certificates, etc. In the case that you need a similar form or letter completed by one of our GP’s please refer to the price list displayed/linked below.
This type of work is not covered by NHS and instead is considered private healthcare. As such, our GP’s do not have dedicated time to action requests of this nature and we must charge for the completion of this work.
