DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID-19 SITUATION OUR NORMAL APPOINTMETNS SYSTEM IS SUSPENDED
PLEASE SEE THE RED ALERT MESSAGE ON OUR HOME PAGE
Please phone 0207 2743223 or drop into the surgery to make an appointment.
You can now book some appointments on line using the link to the right.
HOWEVER to do this you will need to register for the service by visiting the surgery to pick a user ID and password for the patient access site. This is the same portal as those registered to have repeat medications on-line.
Furthermore it may not be appropriate for you to book on line appointments as some consultations may need more time than the normal 10 mins appointment. If you are unsure please book your appointment through reception as normal.
PLEASE NOTE :
Examples of appointments which should not be booked on line include patients with complex medical needs that normally have longer (double) appointments, nurse appointments (including smear, travel advice, immunisations) any report work (e.g DVLA forms), contraception fitting and appointments requiring an interpreter.
For these type of appointments above, please phone reception in the normal way to book an appointment more appropriate for your needs.
To Book an appointment on line please follow this link.
Please help us by:
- Being on time for your appointment
- Cancel you appointment as soon as you are aware you cannot attend
- Making a separate appointment for each person needing to see the doctor/nurse
- Making further appointments if you have many/complicated problems
- Accompanying under 16 year olds. If however a young person strongly wishes to be treated without their parents involvement, his or her confidentiality will be respected
Occasionally the reception staff will ask what the appointment with the doctor or nurse is for, this is to ensure you get the correct length of appointment. Confidentiality is maintained at all times.
If possible please try to telephone reception before 10am if you require a home visit (tel :02072743225)
A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.
House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Centre.

The Practice offers an emergency clinic Monday- Friday 3.30pm to 5.30pm for urgent medical problems. It operates on a first come first served basis so when we are busy the wait to be seen may be considerable. You need to attend the practice from 3.30 and can not book these appointments by phone.
You may find that you may be able to get advice more quickly from either a Pharmacy for many common problems ( many pharmacists can now also prescribe medicines ) or from an Opticians for minor eye problems (see web page) for many common eye problems like a sticky or red eye.
The emergency clinic is for medically urgent problems only and is NOT FOR :
– Renewal of medical certificates for ongoing medical problems
