Appointments

Please phone 0207 2743223 or drop into the surgery to make an appointment. You can also contact us by using an online form (AccuRx)

Our Admin Team will ask you whether you want to see the Doctor or Nurse. You will be offered a choice of an appointment at the Surgery or a Telephone consultation.

If you require a same day or urgent appointment, the admin team will ask you some more questions to ensure that your problem is dealt with safely and directed to the most appropriate person.

All answers are kept confidential. If you need to be seen face to face you will be.

We release same day appointment everyday at 08:00am and 12:00pm.

Please help us by:

  • Being on time for your face to face appointment
  • Cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware you cannot attend
  • Making a separate appointment for each person needing to see the doctor/nurse
  • Making further appointments if you have many/complicated problems
  • Accompanying under 16 year olds. If however a young person strongly wishes to be treated without their parents involvement, his or her confidentiality will be respected

Home visits

If possible please try to telephone reception before 10 am if you require a home visit (tel :02072743225)

A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.

House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Center.
