Disabled parking, Disabled WC, Induction loop, Wheelchair access

Access by car into the surgery car park is via Broomgrove Road. We have two disabled parking spaces, which are only to be used with a valid disabled badge.

The practice has a limited number of parking spaces for Patients, visitors and staff members. These are on a ‘first come, first served’ basis and are free to use for our patients for a limited time only.

Upon signing in with the Reception Team/using the sign-in machine located near the Reception desk, you are then required to add your full vehicle registration details into the smart parking terminal. This is also located near the Reception desk in the patient waiting room. Please ask a member of staff if you are unsure where to find it. Our car park is monitored and maintained by smart parking. The details are clearly displayed in the car park.

Please note you must enter your vehicle registration details EVERY time you visit the Surgery car park. Failure to comply with the terms & conditions will result in a penalty charge.

You must register your vehicle at reception upon arrival to avoid being fined. If you receive a fine you would have to contact the parking company directly and practice staff are unable to help with this query.

Bicycles: We have bicycle stands; you will need to provide your own padlock/chain.

We accept no responsibility for any damage/loss to any vehicle/bicycle whilst on our premises.
