The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions, passport signing and some vaccination services. Our fees for these services are displayed in the surgery. There is a link to the BMA website below that explains why some services must be paid for.
Housing, PIP forms and other letters
The doctors at Stockwell Group Practice do not provide any supporting letters or reports. All requests for letters (including but not exhaustive; for benefits, council, housing, immigration, education/school appeals, any other non-NHS issues) will only be completed following a formal request from the third party. In these cases, we will require the patient’s formal consent.
