Our Patient Participation Group
The aim of the Patient Participation Group (PPG) is to improve communication between the Practice and its patients to develop a constructive positive relationship making the Practice more responsive to the community's needs it serves.
Through working together we hope to improve communication between the Practice and patients, contribute to the continuous improvement of services, help patients take more responsibility for their health and provide practical support to implement change.
The PPG will consist of approximately 10 -15 patients which we hope will represent the community the practice serves. The group will meet approximately every 2 months for 1-2 hours in the evening. If you are interested in becoming a member of PPG please email prgstockwell@gmail.com or contact the practice manager.
The minutes of the meetings will be published on this web site.
From time to time the practice will undertake patient surveys. The results of these will be reviewed by the PPG. If you would like to be sent this survey electronically and have your views heard please sign up by use of the 'sign up for our patient survey group' located on the right side of this page.
If you have suggestions to be made or a topic you would like to be discussed at the PPG please email prgstockwell@gmail.com
HOWEVER THE PPG IS NOT A FORUM FOR COMPLAINTS AND
NOT A FORUM TO DISCUSS PERSONNEL CLINICAL ISSUES.
